I changed a rocker switch to a GFI, I ordered the wrong wallplate that matched all my other ones. Sent an email requesting a change the following day (Sunday so the order hadn't been shipped yet) and the service was excellent. Original Order cancelled and new one with correct plate was sent. Received it in 3 days.
