Wallplate

The product was excellent. However, I purchased too many and have been trying (for over a month) to return them (unopened product) for a refund. Without any success I must add. It's almost as if they don't want you to return any unused product. Very frustrating.

4 toggle switch plate cover

While it was a little pricey $29.00... it matched exactly as I needed to with previously purchased Hampton Bay switch plate covers. Order was processed and shipped promptly.

Missing Screws

We replaced all our wallplates in our kitchen and family room with Aged Bronze wallplates. All the products were great except for the 4-toggle wallplate. The wallplate didn't include any of the matching screws. I definitely love the look of the Aged Bronze wallplates, but was disappointed that the company's QC allowed the 4 Toggle switch to be shipped with no screws.
