A.If the configuration you are looking for is not listed on the product page we do not offer it, and cannot make any custom wallplates.

One solution is to BE CREATIVE. You can simply replace the electrical devices with minimal effort and cost. In the following example, this customer has 1 Toggle, 1 Toggle, 1 Duplex Outlet, and 1 Toggle. After replacing the devices to 1 Rocker, 1 Rocker, 1 GFCI Outlet, and 1 Rocker, we are then able to use any 4 Rocker wallplate.

A.Unfortunately,we do not carry switches and receptacles. However, these can be found at your local hardware store and come in a variety of colors.

Q.Do all of your wallplates come with screws? top of page
A.Yes. All wallplates offered by DecorativeCents.com include the correct amount of matching screws. There is no need to purchase additional screws.

Q.Do I need a 1 Duplex outlet or a 2 Duplex outlet? top of page
A.Be sure to check our configuration chart which can be found on all other pages of our website. 1 Duplex Outlets have 2 openings with 1 screw in the center of the openings. 2 Duplex Outlets have 4 openings with 2 screws. Please see the photos below for further detail.

A.Amerelle Decorative Hardware is coated with a durable protective lacquer that provides years of carefree service. For best results, periodically cleanse by wiping with a soft cloth using a mild, non-alkaline soap. Avoid window cleaners, general kitchen cleaners and abrasives as they may harm the product's protective coating.

Q.What is the difference between a "bar" pull and a euro pull? top of page
A.Both items have the same function and can be used in installations that include both drawers and cabinet doors. The difference is esthetics; euro pulls have a hollow cup design and flush mount to a surface; a "bar" pull installs via two posts that raise the bar from the surface.

Q.What kind of screws are supplied with Amerelle Hardware? top of page
A.All Amerelle decorative hooks are supplied with matching screws, and anchors. All knobs, pulls and euro pulls come standard with two different size screws, both 1" & 1.5". Two fastener sizes are provided to allow for successful installation of product regardless of door or drawer thickness.

A.Measure the distance between the center of the first screw hole and the center of the second screw hole.

Q.What is the industry standard size for cabinet pulls? top of page
A.For cabinet pulls, hole centers are typically 3", 3-1/2", 4", or 96mm.

Q.What size are Amerelle cabinet pulls? top of page
A.Amerelle pulls have 3" hole centers. 75% or more of the installed base of pulls conform to 3" hole centers.

Q.How are Amerelle Hardware pulls, knobs and hooks manufactured? top of page
A.AmerTac Decorative Hardware products are cast from zinc, buffed and then hand polished, plated with today's popular finishes, then over coated with a protective layer of lacquer.

A.All items are packed in 3 mil poly bags. Fasteners are in separate compartment of the package to prevent scratching.
