All of your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it is sent to our ordering system.
What if I'm not completely satisfied with a product?
We are proud to offer quality products at discount prices, however, if you receive a product that you are not fully satisfied with, please feel free to return the unopened product within 14 days. We will be happy to provide a refund for the unopened product minus the shipping and restocking fees.
Please Note:
- We are not able to provide refunds on merchandise that has been opened. Any opened items that are sent back to us will not receive a credit and will not be returned to the customer.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all unopened items returned and in re-sellable condition.
- We cannot issue a refund on merchandise returned to us that is damaged due to improper use or packing of the product by the consumer.

How do I return my package back to DecorativeCents.com?
You may return the product by any means you wish; however, we suggest First Class Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx or AirBorne Express because they provide ways of tracking the package to ensure delivery. After we have received the returned product, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued to your credit card. How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unopened items and place your new order online to receive your replacement items quickly. Your new items will be shipped once your order is processed online and your return will be credited in a timely fashion once it is received at our return address.
Please Note: We are unable to process exchanges for any items based on emails or notes included along with returns. All exchanges must be placed by the customer via our website.
What if my shipment arrives damaged or defective?
Our shipping department takes great care and uses the finest packing materials to protect your shipment. In the event a shipment is damaged or defective, we will exchange and or replace the item(s) damaged in shipment or with manufacturer's defects including shipping costs. We ask that you email us with a detailed description of the damage or defect and please be sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email. A representative will contact you regarding this matter. DO NOT MAIL THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BACK TO US UNLESS YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO, AS YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES.
Can I return or Exchange Sale or Clearance Items?
Unfortunately no sale item or clearance items can be returned or exchanged. A sale or clearance item is indicated with a red colored price instead of the standard black text.
